Thames Path: Between Castle Eaton and Cricklade – Cetti’s Warbler, 4 Reed Warblers, 5 Sedge Warblers, 2 Reed Buntings, Common Tern, Little Egret, 3 Grey Herons, 3 Skylarks, Blackcap, Whitethroat, Chiffchaff, 2 Great Spotted Woodpeckers, 2 Swifts, House and Sand Martins. Moorhen chicks and a few Swans and Mallards on the water. Also, Scarlet Tiger Moth, 2 Small Tortoiseshells, Broad-bodied Chaser, Red-eyed and Common Blue Damselflies, hundreds of Banded Demoiselles, Common Carder Bees, Whirligig beetles and Water Boatman.
