CWP 34 (Cokes Pit)  min of 42 Black headed Gull broods with 81 juvs some flying some just hatched. A further 11 adults still sitting. Oystercatcher.   Nigel Pleass

CWP 29/30: 36 Cormorant , 27 Greylag Geese, 2 Hobby, Kingfisher, 3 Green Woodpecker & 5 Great Spotted Woodpecker.   Nigel Pleass

CWP 95:   2 ad Little Grebe, Shelduck, 25 Gadwall & Cettis Warbler.   Nigel Pleass

Thames Path: Between Castle Eaton and Cricklade – Cetti’s Warbler, 4 Reed Warblers, 5 Sedge Warblers, 2 Reed Buntings, Common Tern, Little Egret, 3 Grey Herons, 3 Skylarks, Blackcap, Whitethroat, Chiffchaff, 2 Great Spotted Woodpeckers, 2 Swifts, House and Sand Martins. Moorhen chicks and a few Swans and Mallards on the water. Also, Scarlet Tiger Moth, 2 Small Tortoiseshells, Broad-bodied Chaser, Red-eyed and Common Blue Damselflies, hundreds of Banded Demoiselles, Common Carder Bees, Whirligig beetles and Water Boatman.  Steve Davies
