Great White Egret at Lechlade alternating between CWP119and 119b.   Seemed to be catching Perch which it took some care to despatch before swallowing.  Also present Little Egret,  Grey Heron, Green Sandpiper, Kingfisher, Teal and Shoveler.  Fieldfare heard nearby.  Dave Soons.  Ben Welbourn.   John Grearson.

Shorncote:  2 Little Egrets, 25 Teal, 20 Gadwall, 4 Shoveler, 3-4 Water Rail calling, 45 Lapwing, 1 Green Sandpiper, 2 Snipe, 2 Green Woodpeckers, Great Spotted Woodpecker, 5 Skylarks, 8 Meadow Pipits, 3 Stonechats (2m,f) 2 Grey Wagtails, 10 Redwings, 1 Fieldfare, 2 Song Thrush, 4 Cetti’s Warbler and 3 Chiffchaffs heard, Goldcrest, 70 Linnets, 40 Goldfinches, 35 Reed Buntings.   Jon Mercer

CWP 74:  Lake full of wildfowl mainly wigeon and coot.   150+ Lapwing in flight over the scrape.  Male Sparrowhawk over Twitchers.     Bob Philpott
