Cleveland Lakes: Marsh Harrier present around 9am this morning hawking over reeds.   Geoff Faulkner

CWP 43/65:   3 Nightingale, 5 Blackcap, 8 Sedge warbler, 3 Whitethroat, Lesser Whitethroat, Garden warbler, Willow warbler, Chiffchaff, 4 Cetti’s warblers , 4 Song thrush, Cuckoo, Green woodpecker, 4 long-tailed tit, 3 common tern, 2 reed bunting    Graham Powell

CWP 74:  Twitchers’ Gate.   100+ hirundines over Cleveland Reserve, some low over the water.  Mainly Sand Martins but an increased proportion of Swallows.  They were accompanied by at least 4 Swifts and House Martins.  Tufted Duck 30, Kingfisher 1, An adult and an immature Lesser Black-backed Gull.  2 Common Tern, Willow Warbler, Cetti’s Warbler, Sedge Warbler, Chiffchaff, Green Woodpecker, Curlew.      In the lane a Fox crossing over.  John Grearson.     Malcolm Royal.

Eysey:  Green Sandpiper.    Malcolm Royal.

CWP 16:  Large numbers of Sand Martins, Swallows and a few House Martins.    Malcolm Royal.
