Canal path – Spine Road to S Cerney:   Yellowhammer, Blackcap (m), Nuthatch, Linnet, Bullfinch (f), Great Spotted Woodpecker.    Richard Vernon

Canal Path – Gateway to Cerney Wick.     Much passerine song as follows:- Robin X4, Dunnock, Wren X3, Chiffchaff X7, Blackbird, Chaffinch, Great Tit X2.  Also seen/heard – Blue Tit, Long-tailed Tit, Bullfinch, Goldfinch,  4 Pheasant, Stock Dove and Woodpigeon.  A female Great Spotted Woodpecker calling in a tree above the tow path and overhead a Red Kite and a Buzzard. In a field to the south of the Cerney Wick river bridge 2 Roe Deer.    John & Josie Grearson.

CWP 305:  second-summer Yellow-legged Gull in company of a Herring Gull of the same age class and several Lesser Black-backed Gulls.   Also present 2 Green Sandpiper, 1 Little Ringed Plover, 2 Shelduck, a Kestrel, a Buzzard and 6 Sand Martins.     John Grearson
