Bird Surveys at Cleveland Lakes this week produced; 188 Coots, 47 Mallard, 105 Tufted Ducks, 38 Pochards, 32 Great Crested Grebes, 65 Mute Swans, 8 Moorhens, 16 Common Terns, 22 Red-crested Pochards, 4 Little Egrets, 4 Grey Herons, 1 Ringed Plover, 5 Little Ringed Plovers, 1 Snipe, 10 Green Sandpipers, 1 Ruff, 2 Common Sandpipers, 2 Dunlin, 1 Kingfisher, 19 Garden Warblers, 9 Whitethroats, 2 Cetti’s Warblers, 11 Lesser Whitethroats, 21 Chiffchaffs, 5 Willow Warblers, 35 Blackcaps, 71 Reed Warblers, 3 Sedge Warblers, 15 Bullfinches, 19 Reed Buntings and 23 Long-tailed Tits.   Kim Milsom
