Blakehill:   During brief visit from 3-3.30pm there were 2 Short Eared Owls, 2 Kestrels, Buzzard, 2 Stonechats, 160+ Fieldfare and 800+ Starlings  Ian Searle

Lechlade Riverside Park (& adjoining fields); 62 Mute Swans, 220 Lapwings, 13 Moorhens, 15 Goldfinches, a Reed Bunting and a Hare.     Kim Milsom

Shorncote:    40+ Teal, 6 Shoveler, drake Pintail, 2 Egyptian Geese, 4 Little Egrets, 3 Water Rails, A flock of 280+ Lapwings circling, 1 Green Sandpiper in flight. 6 Buzzards. 1 Little Owl. 2 Grey Wagtails, 20 Skylarks, fem Stonechat. 2 Mistle Thrush, 4 Song Thrush, 50 Fieldfare/Redwing. 4+ Common Chiffchaffs, 1 Siberian Chiffchaff, 3 Cetti’s Warblers, 5 Reed Buntings.     Jon Mercer    (Jon has taken a number of photos which compare the Common and Siberian Chiffchaff – See slideshow below).

Ashton Keynes:  garden.  3 Yellowhammers in the tree above the feeders. Have only ever had singles before. Still 6 Blackcaps and 9 Long-tailed Tits and a continual stream of Reed Buntings.   John Grearson
