Ashton Keynes:   Passage migrants passing overhead this morning.  So far I have heard/seen Redpoll, Skylark and Mistle Thrush.      On the Ivy nearby, wasps (queen and worker), Buff-tailed Bumblebee (queen and worker) and several species of hoverfly.  We also have a larva of the Vapourer Moth still clinging onto a rose, it has been there some time but is still very small.      John Grearson

Waterhay:  2 Cetti’s Warbler calling and a total of 15 Redwing flew west in 3 small flocks.   Jon Mercer
